广州铜材厂有限公司位于广州市从化太平经济技术开发区内，占地20多万平方米，离广州市中心约40多公里，毗邻105国道，交通相当便利。该公司是广州有色金属集团有限公司的主体企业，是国有大型企业，华南地区最大的铜冶炼加工企业，中国五大铜材加工基地之一，也是中国名星企业和连续十年“重合同、守信用”单位。2001年，该公司的搬迁改造项目被评为“九五”期间全国优秀技改项目。2002年11月通过了ISO9001：2000质量体系认证。

四、招商项目单位产品和生产规模

    公司年综合生产能力达3.3万吨，其中，铜板带3万吨（其中高精度铜板带材1万吨）、黄铜型枝棒3000吨。

    该公司可生产高、中、普通档各品种规格的纯铜板带材、黄铜板带材、磷锡青铜带材及高精度黄铜型枝棒。高精度轧机可生产厚度0.1-1.5mm、宽至450mm的黄铜带、纯铜带及锡青铜带等，最大供货卷重可达2000公斤以上。铜带的厚度公差可控制在±0.003mm以内，宽度公差控制在±0.05mm范围以内。

五、生产设备情况

    广州铜材厂有限公司固定资产3.5亿元人民币，拥有三条铜板带生产线和一条铜型枝棒生产线，主要设备装备有国内设计水平最先进的水平连铸机组、罩式光亮退火炉、高精度铜带轧机和拉弯矫直机等，其关键部件如计算机系统、液压元件、测厚仪等均从美国、德国等国进口，并已实现了生产过程计算机全自动控制，整体工装水平位居国内同行业先进行列。

PROJECT  INTRODUCTION

Ⅰ. Name of Project

To develop and produce high-precision and high-valueadded products such as brass strip for transformer, cable, down-lead frame,capacitor, decorate , automobile water tank.

Ⅲ.Project Unit Introduction

GCM is located at the Chonghua Economic and Technological Development District, about 40 kilometers away from urban Guangzhou city, abuts National Highway 105 and providing convenient transport system. It occupies about 200 thousand square meters. The company is the core enterprise of Guangzhou Nonferrous Metals Group. It has become a national large-scale enterprise, the largest copper smelting and processing plant in South China, one of the five main copper materials processing bases in China. In the successive ten years the company is awarded the honorable titles of “Star Enterprise of China” and “Keeping Contracts & Promise Unit”. The company’s technical upgrade is regarded as “National Excellent Technical Invonation Item” in 2001 and has got the ISO9001:2000 quality system certificate in Nov. 2002.

Ⅳ.Products and Output of Project Unit

Its annual output ability is 33,000 tons, including copper plate & strip 30,000 tons (among of them high-precision production 10,000 tons), brass twig & stick 3,000 tons.

GCM can produce various specifications of copper plate & strip, phosphor tin bronze strip ,high pure copper strip and high-precision bass twig & stick. Volume weight of billet is above 2000 kilogram. Thickness of high-precision production reaches 0.1mm~1.5mm，width 450mm. Production  thickness tolerance is ±0.003mm, width tolerance ±0.05mm.

Ⅴ.Equipment

The company is a national enterprise with total fixed asset of 350 million RMB. It has ranked ahead regardless of technology and equipment comparing with its China peers. It holds three copper plate & strip production lines and one copper type twig & stick production line. And it occupies the most advanced (in China) horizontal continuous casting unit, bell type-annealing furnace, high precision rolling mill, reeling machine etc. Key part of equipment such as computer system, hydraulic pressure components and thickness meter from U.S..A. and Germany. The producing process has been automatism by computer.
